Break/Dinner/Downtime
Enjoy time for personal reflection, nourishment, and rest. Take in the beauty of Sedona or connect with fellow women on this journey.
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm:
Candlelight Yin Yoga & Sound Healing FEEL
Location: Village Yoga Event Space
Settle into the evening with a relaxing Yin Yoga practice illuminated by candlelight. Experience the healing power of sound to release stress and open your heart.

Yoga + Embodied Heart Wisdom CENTER
Location: Village Yoga Event Space
Start the day with an embodied yoga practice designed to awaken your heart’s wisdom. This session will ground and center you, helping you connect deeply with your truth.

Spirit Guide Connection + Abhyanga LOVE

In this afternoon session, you will connect with your spirit guides through meditation and intuitive practices. Followed by an Abhyanga self-massage, an Ayurvedic ritual to nurture and restore your body with warm oils.

A break to rest, reflect, and prepare for the closing ceremony.
2:00 pm - 5:00 pm:
Closing Land Ceremony TRUST
Location: Sedona Red Rocks
In this final ceremony, we return to the sacred land for a closing ritual focused on trust. We will honor the wisdom and energy of the weekend, and carry forward the clarity and empowerment into our lives.
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm:
Break/Downtime
A final rest before the closing dinner.
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm:

The event is 100% refundable for cancellation 60+ days before the event start date. The event is 50% refundable if cancelled 30-59 days before the start date. ×

What happens after I book?
Right away you’ll get a confirmation email from Retreat Guru with a recap of what you booked.

Within 48 hours, you’ll get a second message, this one will be from the host of your retreat. They may request that you fill out a medical questionaire, have a call with them or do additional screening. In the unlikely scenario that you don’t pass the additional screening, you’ll be fully refunded.

Once you get final confirmation from your retreat host, go ahead and book your transportation to the retreat and get ready for your transformative experience.
Should I wait for a confirmation before booking my flight?
Yes! Please wait until you get confirmation from your retreat host until you book any non-refundable transportation. You’ll hear from the host within 48 hours of booking.
How and when do I pay my remaining balance?
The retreat host will confirm when your balance is due and how to pay. Most retreats require payment shortly before or upon arrival. Often your remaining balance is payable via Paypal or by bringing cash to your retreat.
